About Kirill

Experience (Who I Am)

I began my career in commercial real estate working on land development projects, often in a partner capacity, where I helped take raw land through key milestones such as zoning, draft plan approval, and site plan approval. That early hands-on exposure gave me a unique perspective on the development process, teaching me how value is created long before the first shovel hits the ground.

From there, I expanded into commercial, industrial, and multifamily transactions, working with owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic repositioning. Over time, I developed a particular expertise in the self-storage sector, where I’ve been involved in everything from individual property sales to institutional portfolio transactions.

Today, with over 15 years in the business, I combine that background with a strategic, value-add approach, helping clients not only buy and sell properties of all sizes, but also unlock hidden value through repositioning, operational improvements, and timing the right exit strategy.

I specialize in three areas of service:

  • For Sellers – Confidential valuations, discreet marketing, and targeted buyer outreach. Direct access to institutional and private investors, including portfolio-level buyers.
     
  • For Buyers – Sourcing multifamily, commercial, and self-storage opportunities, both listed and off-market (exclusive), matched to your investment goals.
     
  • Self-Storage Expertise – Specialized insight as both a broker and former owner-operator. From value-add strategies to exit planning, I help owners and investors unlock the full potential of their facilities.

Portfolio / Approach (How I Work)

My work spans apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, land, industrial, and self-storage facilities. While every asset type requires a tailored strategy, my approach is built on three principles:

  1. Understand Your Goals – From developers taking raw land through approvals to institutional groups assembling portfolios, I start by aligning with your objectives.
     
  2. Create a Clear Strategy – Whether that means a discreet off-market sale, a value-add repositioning, or preparing a property for maximum market exposure, I provide a structured roadmap.
     
  3. Deliver Results – Over the past 15+ years, I’ve been involved in transactions ranging from small storage facilities to multi-million-dollar multifamily buildings, always focused on maximizing value and reducing friction in the process.
     

This breadth of experience, from development approvals to institutional portfolio sales, allows me to advise clients with strategies that are practical, results-driven, and grounded in firsthand expertise.
