I began my career in commercial real estate working on land development projects, often in a partner capacity, where I helped take raw land through key milestones such as zoning, draft plan approval, and site plan approval. That early hands-on exposure gave me a unique perspective on the development process, teaching me how value is created long before the first shovel hits the ground.
From there, I expanded into commercial, industrial, and multifamily transactions, working with owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic repositioning. Over time, I developed a particular expertise in the self-storage sector, where I’ve been involved in everything from individual property sales to institutional portfolio transactions.
Today, with over 15 years in the business, I combine that background with a strategic, value-add approach, helping clients not only buy and sell properties of all sizes, but also unlock hidden value through repositioning, operational improvements, and timing the right exit strategy.
